As a young child, I wondered: 'What is real'? Life is one big facade.

Opening in body and mind created confidence to explore the world. Through curiosity, facing pain and enquiry, life wisdom grew. Life is an unprecedented game of discovery.

Human beings are encoded by experiences in upbringing, schooling, relationships and work. This coding is grafted on survival and stands in the way of a free spirit. Through this realisation, you may discover that life looks different than it shows itself. This sometimes gives confusion, but also the challenge to trust and curiosity to explore further. The inquisitive and free mind continues to experiment in life, a wonderful vehicle of magical algorithms. The trick is to drive it.

Seeing clearly, clear choices, an open heart and life force gives that enjoyment of being begins. Unconditionality, power of presence, attention and acceptance have taught me to move in infinity and play with life energy in all forms.
